The Nicole Ternay Foundation was created to give back to causes that matter to me and to support people who deserve greater opportunity, support, and possibility.

A Bigger Purpose

My work has always centered around one thing:

Helping people believe that their life can be different—and giving them the tools and support to make it so.

The Foundation extends that mission beyond my coaching, speaking, and businesses.

As I grow, I want giving to grow with me.

That means creating opportunities to support organizations and causes that are doing meaningful work—particularly those that help women and girls create healthier, safer, more empowered lives.

Giving Is Part of the Business

I don't want philanthropy to be something I do someday, when I've "made it."

I want it to be part of the way I build.

A portion of the success created through my work will be directed toward giving back, with the goal of making a meaningful difference over time.

Because I believe we can build something for ourselves and make the world a little better while we're doing it.
