Quick, honest thoughts from me to you about what it actually means to be a woman over 40...and to realize that the life you built might not be the life you want to keep living.
We’ll talk about losing weight without losing your mind. Body image. Your relationship with food. Relationships. People-pleasing. Purpose. Desire. Confidence. And what the hell you’re supposed to do when you know you want something different but you’re not quite sure what that something is yet.
Some of my notes will make you think.
Some might make you laugh.
And for sure some might piss you off a little.
And hopefully, a few will make you say, “Holy shit. That’s exactly what I’ve been doing.”
No rigid rules here. Releasing the perfection mode. And never pretending you (or I) have it all figured out. We are all a work in progress.
Just real talk for women who are ready to stop putting themselves at the bottom of their own damn list and start creating a body and a life that actually feels like theirs.
